I bring over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and preventive care, beginning in the Tetons as a Search and Rescue team member and part of the medical team with Jackson Hole Ski Patrol. Working in high-stakes, hands-on environments and spending years as an avid backcountry skier shaped my practical, whole-person approach to health and resilience. Through my own injuries and recovery, I learned that healing is never just about one body part. Pain, movement, stress, sleep, nutrition, and social support are deeply connected, and lasting change happens when all of these are addressed together.

The mission of Body Wellness Naturally is to make whole-person self-care approachable and actionable through thoughtfully curated resource packages. Rather than overwhelming people with disconnected information, these package experiences guide individuals step-by-step, combining education, reflection, and practical tools that support sustainable behavior change.

My background includes two bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nursing, with a BSN specializing in orthopedic surgery. I am also a certified health coach with advanced training in plant-based nutrition, massage, and therapeutic bodywork. I’ve helped build health coaching programs for healthcare startups, including early development of the Diabetes Prevention Program at Noom and the Chronic Pain Program at Motion MSK.
