Cucumber Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced

  • 2 cups kale or spinach

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the cucumber, kale or spinach, frozen pineapple, banana, water or coconut water, and ice (if using) in a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Berry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berry blend (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced

  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the berry blend, ginger, orange, banana, almond milk, and ice (if using) in a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Citrus Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered

  • 1 lemon, peeled and quartered

  • 1 lime, peeled and quartered

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced

  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and minced (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the orange, lemon, lime, ginger, turmeric (if using), honey or agave, almond milk, and ice (if using) in a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Optional additions:

  • A scoop of protein powder or a handful of nuts for added protein

  • A teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness

  • A splash of coconut milk for a creamier texture

  • A squeeze of lemon or lime juice for a refreshing twist
