1:1 COACHING

Welcome to the Wellness Coaching Program, where you have the choice to choose from three different options: general wellness, diabetes prevention, or plant-based guidance.

Each area has its own pre-assessment in order to maximize the 1 hour session. During the one-hour session we will assess your chosen area, whether it's your general wellness, preventing diabetes, or transitioning to a plant-based diet and work with you to create personalized goals and strategies that cater to your specific needs.

$125/COACHING PACKAGE

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

  • 1 hour session either by phone or video chat after completing pre-assessment.

  • Four weekly check-ins by email/text to monitor progress and receive ongoing support.

  • Access to a variety of resources, such as custom meal plans, onboarding printable packet including meal tracker, sleep tracking, mood tracking, and goal setting.

  • Guidance towards navigating resources available.

DIABETES PREVENTION

As a health coach specializing in preventing diabetes, I am dedicated to helping individuals reduce their risk of developing this chronic condition. With my comprehensive and personalized coaching program, you will learn practical and sustainable lifestyle modifications to improve your overall health and reduce your risk factors for diabetes.

As your coach, I am committed to providing you with the guidance, support, and accountability needed to achieve optimal health and prevent the onset of diabetes. With my coaching, you will have the tools and knowledge to make lasting, positive changes in your life.

PLANT-BASED GUIDANCE

As a health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition, I am dedicated to helping individuals incorporate more plant-based options into their diet in a healthy and sustainable way.

Together, we will work to optimize your meals and develop a personalized plan that is tailored to your individual needs, making changes based on your priority needs.

Through my coaching program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to make healthy substitutions, effectively read food labels while shopping, and seamlessly incorporate nutrient-dense vegetables into your meals.
