BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM STIRFRY

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

  • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, minced

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the sesame oil and let it heat up for a few seconds.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

  4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.

  5. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it is tender-crisp.

  6. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir to combine.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve immediately over rice or noodles, if desired.
