BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM STIRFRY
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sesame oil and let it heat up for a few seconds.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it is tender-crisp.
Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles, if desired.
