ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly crispy.
Serve the roasted cauliflower as a side dish or enjoy it as a snack. You can also add it to salads or grain bowls for added flavor and nutrition.
