ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp of onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp of paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.

  5. Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is tender and slightly crispy.

  6. Serve the roasted cauliflower as a side dish or enjoy it as a snack. You can also add it to salads or grain bowls for added flavor and nutrition.
