ORANGE & BERRIES MUESLI
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats or your favorite muesli
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, orange juice, almonds, walnuts, dates, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
Before serving, stir in the mixed berries. Serve the muesli in bowls, topped with additional honey and berries if desired. Enjoy!
Note: You can also add other ingredients to this muesli, such as flax seeds, shredded coconut, or dried fruit. Experiment with different flavors and textures to make the muesli your own.
