ORANGE & BERRIES MUESLI

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats or your favorite muesli

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 cup chopped dates

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, orange juice, almonds, walnuts, dates, honey, and chia seeds. Mix well to combine.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

  3. Before serving, stir in the mixed berries. Serve the muesli in bowls, topped with additional honey and berries if desired. Enjoy!

Note: You can also add other ingredients to this muesli, such as flax seeds, shredded coconut, or dried fruit. Experiment with different flavors and textures to make the muesli your own.
